Quick & easy acai bowl

  • Acai is naturally high in essential fatty acids having a fatty acid profile similar to olive oil.
  • Acai berries contain amino acids, which help promote muscle performance, energy production, endurance and strength.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • 1 Cup Strawberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 4 Tablespoons acai powder
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened almond milk

TOPPINGS:

  • Fresh fruits; banana, mango
  • Chia seeds
  • Coconut flakes

PREPARATION:

Add blueberries, strawberries, banana, acai powder and almond milk to a blender. Blend until creamy and smooth, adding extra almond milk as needed to get the blender running.Spoon the acai mixture into bowls and top with sliced fruit, chia seeds and coconut flakes.
